There will be an art demonstration on encaustic art by Susan Salter and Gladys Jones at 5:00p. The Artist's Reception will be held from 6:00-8:00p. Many beautiful artworks will be available for sale in all mediums. Refreshments will be served. Join us at the historic Medeley Building for what promises to be a wonderful show. 6"H x 4"W (unframed) #2 Pencil, Colored Pencils and Sharpie Marker on Paper 72.00 "Toast"
6"H x 4"W (unframed) #2 Pencil, Drawing Pencil #497, Colored Pencils and Sharpie Marker on Paper 72.00 Last night I was working on this piece and my son walked into the room. He told me he liked this artwork because it made you "use your imagination." Then he pointed to one corner of the drawing and asked what is was. "What do you think it is?" I asked him. "Looks like candy!" was his response. I smiled and said, then that's what it is for you. This is what he was looking at... This is one of my favorite details... I finished it today and this is a shot of the drawing under glass. I'll take another photo of it tomorrow without the glass once it is laying flat on its own. Right now there's a glare and I need a better shot before I can enter it in a show. No glare! Another Sunday spent drawing, listening to music and wondering about life's bigger questions...and expressing those feelings on very small paper. "Why can't we know the Truth?"
6"H x 4"W Drawing Pencil #497, Colored Pencils and Sharpie Marker on Paper SOLD Hi Art Lovers!
