What a fun couple of weeks it has been! I'll do my best to hit the highlights about recent happenings as well as those that are coming up soon. Here we go!!!
On Saturday 7/15, I attended Ardest Gallery's "Abstraction" opening reception. It really was my intention to slip in quietly, check out the show and leave. But, I ended up meeting the nicest people, having some laughs, great conversations and, well, I couldn't resist taking a few photos before I left. When the modeling was over I took a photo of myself with the group. Then I took individual photos of each of their sketches. What I find most interesting is how each artist has a completely different take on the exact same subject matter. Isn't that cool? (See below.)
